The grinding wheels are thin, precise and have a long service life.
There are several chip removal structures in the cutting area of a CBN wheel. Two sides of each chip evacuation structure formed the cutting edge. Due to the multiple chip evacuation structures arranged in the cutting area of the grinding wheel, the coolant can flow quickly, thus improving the cooling effect and extending the life of the grinding wheel.
The filings are concentrated in several removal structures, which greatly increases the cleaning ability of the grinding wheel, allowing the cutting element to rotate smoothly and the cutting process is easy. The cutting speed can be significantly improved by using a side edge of the cutting blade formed on two sides of each chip removal structure.
